Treatment procedure:

  Install the program.
Set "Foundry License Utility".
Stop service "Foundry License Server".
Copied with replacement "rlm.foundry.exe" from the folder "Shack" in "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\The Foundryicensingtools7.0\bin\rlm".
run "foundry license utility", go to the tab "diagnostics". click "run diagnostics".
open any text editor file "xf_foundry.lic".
instead of "host_name" write the value of the "host name" tab "diagnostics".
instead of "mac_address" enter value "system id".
9instead of "port" write "5053" (without the quotes)
0edited "xf_foundry.lic" dragged in "foundry license utility" in the tab "install license".
pops up a notification stating that the license is installed. click "ok".
pops up a notification about the necessity to restart "rlm server". restart - click "yes".
