Willing to test your Clan's newest tactics? Or to just have some quick fun with friends without pressure? Team up with other players and jump into the action against a computer controlled opponent! "New Battlefields" brings a new skirmish AI, allowing 1 up to 7 players to face the computer.

"New Battlefields" also introduces seven new multiplayer maps! These brand new battlefields will challenge the veteran commanders! 2 of these maps are built asymmetrically, in order to offer Attack / Defense games by giving a natural role to each team. Hold that position at all cost!

"New Battlefields" enhances communication, coordination and all your team tactics, thanks to the new Flare system! Get the attention of your teammates by firing one of the preset Flares, or one with a custom message!

'' CONQUEST'' for Wargame: European Escalation brings brand new exciting content to extend the conflict.

Defy commanders worldwide in the brand new multiplayer mode: CONQUEST. To be victorious in this mode, in addition to the classic Command Points, you will have to control Victory Sectors (VS) located on the map, until the victory conditions are fully satisfied. In this mode there's no Scoring System related to the destruction of your adversary's units, only controlling territories will grant you victory. 7 maps have been adapted or created to fit this new mode, where you can either challenge players or AI.

In addition to this new game mode, 2 brand new maps have been added for the SIEGE mode, and an exclusive one has been created for DESTRUCTION and CONQUEST: Mecklenburg.

For a better multiplayer experience, the menu of the lobby has been improved. Besides, players waiting for a ranked party to join will now benefit from an improved visibility of available parties.

COMMANDER DLC for Wargame: European Escalation extends the conflict with brand new content.

Wargame's DLC features "Economy", a new game mode available in both multiplayer and AI matches with new objectives for commanders worldwide. To earn victory in this mode, you will have to reach a certain number of Command Points before your opponents (points obtained by taking control of areas in the field). These points can also be used to deploy reinforcements, and a hard choice will quickly be imposed: continue your march toward victory or batten down the hatches and build your defenses!

In addition to Economy mode, two new maps (Bystrany & Thüringen Wald) are now available for Destruction, Conquest and Economy modes. On these rugged maps, hilly regions provide a serious height advantage, while ambush opportunities will keep players on their toes!

For even more excitement, the new Eye of the Storm map is now playable in Alamo mode, while the maps Two Flanks and Blood River are available for Conquest mode.
